Analysis of municipality driven labour initiatives ‘organisation and decision-making, focusing on areas of development, core values and possible modes of operation in response to a received challenge under the municipality’s challenge right (utmanarrätt). The analysis was presented to the Board and served as a basis for organisational changes and the introduction of a new system of choice in the areas of municipal labour interventions. The analysis was carried out under contract to the company Svensk Tillväxtstrategi.
